Shipping policy

UK customers – Dispatched 1-48hrs, unless otherwise stated, using the tracked service at checkout.  Working days only, please allow time if ordered on the weekend.

EU customers – Dispatched within 1-48hrs, unless otherwise stated, with delivery of 5-10 working days using a tracked service at checkout.  Working days only, please allow time if ordered on the weekend.

Customers outside of the EU – Dispatched within 1-48hrs, unless otherwise stated, with delivery 7 -21 working days using a tracked service.  Working days only, please allow time if ordered on the weekend.

If a charge for postage is deemed to be higher than the factual cost of postage from the UK to the recipient address, a refund will be applied at dispatch to the original payment method.
